High photocatalytic activity and exceptional durability
Titanium material beyond titanium
...Fresh
Green
-
Fresh Green
is a unique photocatalytic
material that reinforces
titanium or titanium oxide surfaces by adding carbon and oxygen molecules
simultaneously. The method is designed to narrow
the energy band gap so that
Fresh Green treated materials can
effectively absorb both visible and ultraviolet light.
-
Concerns about
adhesive strength are non existent because it is a process that introduces
photocatalytic properties to titanium materials, and not a laminated material.
Carbon doping guarantees the highest level of surface strength - providing
protection from heat, surface wear, corrosion and scratches.
-
Highly active photocatalysis is activated whenever
Fresh Green
treated materials come in contact
with visible light, immediately setting into motion powerful antibiotic,
antistaining and deodorant properties.

The figure on the left shows the data obtained by X-ray
photoelectron spectroscopy revealing the C1s bonding state. The data shows that
Fresh Green includes a titanium
(Ti)- carbon (C) bond.
